fingerboard sat

going to give up drinking after tonight. did fingerboard felt quite good. could do unconvincing one armers on the 1" rung.

campus thus

went out dancing to electro last night so maybe not the best day for a campus sesh but going out again tonight. felt a bit tweaky but fairly strong-short sesh

wednesday weights

Did one legged bicep curl to shoulder press with 20kg. felt quite hard

Gnarly Training Schedule. Day1 9/10/07

Injured on crimps with my right, pockets with my left. Went down the wall. Warmed up, campussed about. Made up problems that didn't hurt my injuries. Hit the campus board. Mainly 1/2 crimping with my left and 3finger dragging with my right. Bests were probably 1-3-6-2-3-6-3-6 both hands. Left hand feels quite strong 1/2 crimped. lost a lot of stregnth on pockets. managed to do 1-3-5 3 fingerd with my left and 2 fingered with my right quite easily. want to do 1-3-6 in this manner and maybe 1-4-6. also 1-3-6 3 times.
